Jamie Colby

Colby is an anchor, National News Correspondent, and Anchor for Fox News. He has been employed by the company since July of 2003. Prior to being hired by FOX News Channel, Colby worked as a reporter for CNN and served as anchor and reporter at CBS News which included anchors filling in to CBS's Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is licensed for legal practice to practice law in New York City, California, Florida, and Washington, D.C. She's been honored with awards such like The Edward R. Murrow National Award in 2002, for her reporting on the September 11 attack; the Gracie Award for investigative reporting in 2000, as well as her Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week also named her a "Rising News-Show Star to Watch". Apart from her career in journalism, Colby, an attorney, served as a private attorney for 10 years. Her law practice began with a Hollywood entertainment agency that entrusted Colby for The Tonight Show. In her early 20s, Colby worked as a reporter and host for Johnny Carson, both during the contract renewal for NBC with him and his divorce. Colby hosts and reporter of Strange Inheritance, a show on Fox Business, covering quirky or unanticipated legacy left by friends or family members. Jamie Jamie Jamie
