HoYeon

With the Squid Game's original Netflix series, Hoyeon, a South Korean model and actress attracted international attention. In recognition of her performance that made headlines on the show Hoyeon was awarded the Screen Actors Guild award for the Outstanding Performance of a Female Actress in the Drama Series and also a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting actress in an Drama Series. Hoyeon hails in Myeonmok-dong (a suburb located in Seoul) was able to begin her journey as an independent model during Seoul Fashion Week in 2011. The Korean version of Next Top Model was her fourth season and she finished with the title of runner-up. The year 2016 was the year she received her first international recognition when she landed an exclusive contract worldwide to Louis Vuitton.
